SCHEDULE OF CONDITION

A Schedule of Condition inspects and provides a  schedule of the building components and any defects to a property or part of a property.  It typically is used to assess the current condition of a property prior to building works being carried out.

When the building works are complete an assessment can then be made for any damage caused by the works.
